We recently introduced the Luxer Liaison service at your property, bringing dedicated, personal package management service to your package room.

Luxer One is excited to offer the next level of “white glove” resident service, offering hand delivery of packages directly to your apartment!

Here’s how it works

Luxer Liaisons are dedicated to the highest level of package management.

Evening Delivery

Every evening (Monday – Friday),
a Luxer Liaison will deliver your packages directly to your residence.


Packages will be hand delivered to you. Not home, no problem, packages will be placed just inside your door.


Should you wish, your packages can be picked up as normal from the package room outside of Luxer Liaison Direct hours.


Liaisons can deliver any package that weighs less than 60lbs, and fits safely on a hand cart. 

Delivery windows are currently in the evening, Monday through Friday.  Liaisons may occasionally deliver packages to your apartment outside of this delivery window.

Liaisons will knock first to see if you’re home.  If you’re not home, Liaisons will deliver the package directly inside your door.  They will not enter your apartment, other than to place the package directly inside the door.  Your package will be waiting for you when you get home!

You are always welcome to stop by the package room to retrieve your package.  As always, the package room is available 24/7.  If you stop by during the delivery window, your package will be out for delivery.

Liaisons are professional, badged and uniformed Luxer One representatives.  All Liaisons making deliveries to apartments have been background checked.

Click the “sign up” button below.  You’ll be taken to the Luxer One resident portal, where you can opt-in to the premium delivery plan.

Yes.  You’ll still receive an access code when your package is delivered, which you can use to pick up your package from the package room.  You’ll also get notifications when your package is delivered to your apartment.

Of course!  You can cancel at any time.  If you cancel mid-month, the service will continue until the end of the month, and you will no longer be billed after that.

Luxer Liaisons are onsite every weekday.  You are welcome to talk to them directly, or send an email to your liaison during non business hours.

Of course!  If you choose not to upgrade to direct delivery, you can still pick your packages up in the Luxer package room, just like before!
