It’s a property plan that your property offers that gives you access to exclusive features like Premium Perks, faster returns, household access, and package tracking—all through the Luxer One mobile app.

You’ll see a pop up screen in your app showing your property’s plan details. If you don’t see one, your property may not be enrolled yet.

Premium Perks are exclusive offers and discounts from select partners. If your property is enrolled, you’ll get access to these perks via email.

You’ll need to pick up your packages within 48 hours. After that, a $5 per day fee applies. If uncollected by day 7, the package is returned to sender and an additional $10 fee is applied.

If your property is on a $10 or $15 plan, you can add up to 3 household members to receive package notifications for their own packages and they will receive an access code for pickup via email. They won’t need the app—notifications are sent via email.

Connect your Gmail account in the app. We’ll scan for shipping info and notify you when a package is on the way—even for items not using the Luxer system.

With the $15 plan, you can drop off returns directly in the locker system by using the mobile app and inputting your return details. No box or label needed—we handle the rest!

No extra payment is needed from you directly. These are included as part of your property’s Premium Plan.

The policy applies to all residents at properties enrolled in Premium Plans. We recommend picking up your package within the 48-hour window to avoid fees.
