No, labels can be digitally uploaded through the app, even amazon QR Codes are accepted.
If the return is boxed and labeled it’s $3 if it’s unboxed and unlabeled it’s $5 per return

Yes you will receive updates about your return via email and the mobile app.
As long as it fits in the locker, and is not a dangerous, illegal or perishable good, you are welcome to return it through our lockers!
Each return time depends on how long it takes for your retailer to process the return. We'll ship your item out same day or latest next morning after picking up your items.
