The Premium Property Plan is an upgraded service package that provides residents with exclusive features such as Premium Perks, faster returns, household access, and package tracking through the Luxer One mobile app.

If your property is enrolled, your residents will see a pop-up screen in their app displaying the plan details. You can also confirm your enrollment status by checking your property’s Luxer One dashboard or contacting your account representative.

Premium Perks include special discounts and offers from select partners. If your property is enrolled, residents will automatically receive emails with details on how to redeem these perks.

Residents must collect their packages within 48 hours of delivery. After that, a $5 per day fee applies. If a package remains uncollected for 7 days, it is returned to the sender, and an additional $10 fee is charged once the package is picked up from the delivery carrier.

For properties on the $10 or $15 plan, residents can add up to 3 household members to receive package notifications and an access code for pickup via email. This feature allows family members or roommates to collect their own packages without needing the app. You will be able to see what household members are added in your Building Manager Dashboard on the Recipient's tab.

Residents can connect their Gmail account in the Luxer One app to enable automatic package tracking. The system scans for shipping details and notifies residents when a package is on the way, even if it’s not being delivered through the Luxer One system.

Properties enrolled in the $15 plan allow residents to drop off returns directly in the locker system using the mobile app. The process requires no box or label—Luxer One handles the rest.

No, the policy applies to all residents at properties enrolled in Premium Plans. To avoid fees, residents should pick up their packages within the 48-hour window. This will help your lockers and/or package room remain available for all resident deliveries.
