If you are enrolled in Liaison Direct, our Liaisons will hand-deliver packages to you when someone is home at your apartment. Optionally, Liaisons can deliver inside your door when you are not home.
If you want Liaisons to deliver inside your door, you must opt-in to this service.
You must also provide a recurring access code for our Liaisons to open your door during designated delivery windows.
