Wood Partners, a national leader in multifamily development and operations, was determined to solve one of the most persistent challenges in property management: the growing time burden of resident package deliveries. With staff resources stretched thin and daily interruptions affecting productivity, the company partnered with Luxer One to explore how automated package systems impact productivity across their portfolio.
The results were immediate and measurable: greater efficiency, improved communication, and a better experience for both residents and teams.
As e-commerce continued to grow, Wood Partners faced a familiar problem across their properties: on-site teams were spending too much time managing packages. Staff were pulled away from core leasing and resident service responsibilities to track, sort, and hand off deliveries.
The result was reduced productivity and missed opportunities to connect with residents. Wood Partners needed a scalable, reliable solution that would demonstrate measurable efficiency gains and improve the resident experience simultaneously.
Luxer One introduced a tailored suite of automated package systems, including both secure lockers and high-capacity package rooms, to address operational bottlenecks at scale.
These systems seamlessly integrated into existing workflows, giving residents 24/7 access to deliveries while freeing staff from time-consuming manual tasks. The partnership showcased the true impact of automated package systems on productivity, allowing on-site teams to focus on what matters most: resident satisfaction and community growth.
The measurable outcomes of Wood Partners’ collaboration with Luxer One highlight how automation transforms both team efficiency and resident satisfaction:
